We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Note: Sale items cannot be returned. However, the brand makes sure to exchange the accurate size/garment for you in the event of a size issue or any defect/damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged products and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds (Store Credit)

Once we receive your item and our backend team has checked for damages , anomalies and found none, our team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit in YOUR MINE STORY account profile.
When you make you next purchase, make sure you select ( ADD TO CART ) , The credit amount shall be deducted from your order.
